Carolyn Claridge
Our Director and Lead Consultant, Carolyn, is one of Australia’s leading experts in the field of RTO compliance training. Her extensive vocational education and training experience includes conducting and preparing for audits, guiding clients through RTO initial and re-registration applications, working in key managerial positions for both TAFE and private RTOs, and delivery of professional development training for specific RTO workforce skills. With over 100 audits under her belt (either as an auditor, auditeee or consultant), Carolyn holds a perfect track record; having never failed an audit while working as either an RTO Manager or consultant.
Carolyn has managed and advised clients training funding contracts in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania – giving her valuable insight into government expectations of training providers!

- Bachelor of Commerce: Commercial Law, HR Management and Management – triple major
- Diploma of Quality Auditing
- Certificate in Quality Management Systems ISO9001 Auditing

Skye Claridge
Our Director and Consultant, Skye, is one of our experienced RTO consultants and Business Administrators. Her RTO experience includes preparation and maintenance of RTO policies, procedures, and T&A strategies, working with and understanding an array of RTO Student Management Systems, and assistance with compliance requirements for trainers, assessors, funding contracts, and state guidelines. Skye’s experience in the VET and HR sectors play an integral role towards her passion for compliance, and vast knowledge of training provider expectations.
